How much does adding AI to Odoo cost?
From $5,000 for one process, 2–3 months. Several processes with demand forecasting and a Telegram assistant cost $15,000–$40,000 over 4–6 months. We first analyse and show in numbers how much time each process would save.
Does Odoo not have its own AI?
Recent Odoo versions include built-in AI features, and we configure those too. But tasks specific to your process — reading local document formats, or selling through Telegram — need separate configuration and integration.
Can you connect AI to our existing Odoo?
Yes. We connect to Odoo 17–19 via API. We first check the state of your system, its modules and data quality — AI results depend on data quality.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
AI is not the final decision-maker. A person sees and confirms the result, and when confidence is low the system hands the task to a person. Accuracy is always visible on the dashboard.
Does our data leave the company?
That is your choice. For confidential data we can use a model that runs on your own server, so nothing leaves it. If an external service is used, we agree in writing beforehand which data is sent, and sign an NDA.
