How much is the Odoo licence?
The Odoo Enterprise licence is paid to Odoo S.A. and depends on the number of users and the plan — current prices are on odoo.com/pricing. It is not part of our implementation price. Odoo Community is free, but some modules, such as full accounting, exist only in Enterprise.
What does the implementation price include?
Analysis, configuration, data migration, roles and permissions, staff training and four weeks of free support after go-live. Custom modules and integrations with external systems are in the Advanced package. Licence and server are calculated separately.
What does the price depend on?
The number of users and modules, processes specific to you, integrations (1C, bank, equipment), the volume of data to migrate and the number of branches. During analysis we show the effect of each factor separately.
How is payment made?
In stages: each stage is paid on delivery. The contract is signed formally with "EMPIRE GROUP CORP" LLC, and at the end the code and intellectual property transfer to you.
